Chief Executive Officer

Diallo’s mission is to drive the Phi culture and serve its customers and employees.

Diallo is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served, honorably, as an Airborne Instrumentation and Telemetry Journeyman and flight crew member onboard the Advanced Range Instrumentation EC-135 and EC-18 aircraft.  Diallo later joined the Department of Defense as a flight test instrumentation lead on the F/A-22 Raptor conducting research and development on weapons systems, electronic counter measures, thrust vectoring, avionics and low observability surfaces.  Diallo went on to join the Federal Aviation Administration as an engineering technician assigned to the New York SMO.

Diallo’s gaming career began as a lab engineer with the Mississippi Gaming Commission.  Diallo joined Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. as a Systems Project Manager and later as its Director of Oasis Regional Support.  Diallo transitioned to the payments and cash access industry with Global Cash Access, Inc. as their Vice President of Technology Operations, Senior Vice President of Operations and Executive Vice President and General Manager of Xchange Products.

Diallo is a PMP certified Project Manager with executive management training and certification from Villanova University and Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management in Lean Six Sigma and General Management respectively.  Diallo holds multiple undergraduate degrees in Business Administration, Management and Electronics Engineering Technology.  Diallo attended the University of Georgia and earned a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland.


Chief Operating Officer

John’s mission is to run the day to day operations for Phi ensuring the happiness and well-being of our employees and customers.

John is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served, honorably, as an Instrumentation Specialist on the T-38, F-16, F-4, C-141, C-5 and the F-15 aircraft.  John later joined the Department of the Defense as a GS-11 where he worked on several research and development flight test teams amassing over 1,000 flight hours on the C-17, C-141, C-130 and KC-10 aircraft.  Following, John joined JT3 as an operational engineer for the C-17 and C-130 flight test programs.

John’s gaming career began at Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. where he started as a Systems Project Manager.  He was promoted to Senior Project Manager where he implemented several continuous improvement processes and led the installation of the OASIS casino management system across the U.S. install base.  As an expat, John moved to Australia where he was tabbed as the System 7000 Operational Systems Manager.  In this role, John led several successful deployments of Systems 7000 throughout Australia, Macau, Europe and South Africa.  John was promoted to Director of Game Studios where he ran all of the game studios for Aristocrat worldwide.  Upon his return to the U.S., John assumed the role of Director of Project Management for the Oasis 360 suite.

John transitioned to Global Cash Access, now Everi Holdings, where he was the Vice President of Service and Delivery leading the service and operations for the entire ATM and kiosk fleet.  John’s responsibilities also included Project Management.

Dr. Hale holds multiple undergraduate degrees in Electronics Engineering Technology and Information Technology.  He also holds an MBA from Webster University and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University.


VP of Product

Melissa’s mission is to lead the strategy and development of the Phi product suite.

Missy’s technology career began as a software developer for First USA Paymentech.  Missy later held several software quality assurance, engineering and management roles with Xuma and Hello Network.

Missy’s gaming career began as a quality assurance engineer with Mikohn Gaming.  Missy later moved to Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. where she served as a Senior Quality Engineer and Quality Engineering Manager respectively.  Missy transitioned to Rocket Gaming Systems where over the past ten years she progressed as Rocket’s Quality Assurance Manager, Product Manager, Product Strategy Manager and ultimately Director of Product Strategy.

Missy studied Computer Science at Sevier Valley Applied Technology Center.
